May Day 1

No Kings, No Billionaires

We rally May 1, 2026 - No school, no work, no shopping https://maydaystrong.org/

WHY WE PROTEST

For a Country that Puts Workers over Billionaires

Across the country, working people are organizing to make life affordable again. From Washington State to communities nationwide, more than 100 bills to tax the rich have already been introduced - proof that when we organize together, we can change the rules. A Real Affordability Agenda means.

Lowering the cost of living

So families can afford housing, health care, groceries, and education.

Raising wages and strengthening worker power

So one job is enough to pay the bills.

Making Millionaires and

corporations pay what they owe

So we can fund the schools, services, and public investments our communities rely on.

Together, we can build a country where working people can thrive, not just get by. A country that puts workers over billionaires.

Don't go to school. If you can't afford to miss school, wear a black arm band in support.
